This is a course for anyone who wants help removing negative mental obstacles in order to reach their goals and who are comfortable working in a group setting. We will be doing 4 1 hour long zoom sessions as a group where we will process and work through our negative beliefs and barriers in order to reach our goals. More information below in the Flourish Where You’re Planted Method section.

Weekly 1:1 Coaching

$100 per session

(Minimum 4 sessions)

This program is for anyone who in need of some 1:1 goal setting and wanting to address barriers that are getting in the way of their dreams. This will focus on resources and tools towards bettering ourselves and getting out of our own dang way! This isn’t therapy but it is the next best thing. We will be working from a solution focused perspective and determining what obstacles we need to push through.

Label the Goal + Ground the Roots

Goals can ebb and flow depending on the season of life we are in, but it is important to know what our roots are and focus on the things we cannot change about situations AND the things we can. Knowing what our goals are and keeping those in sight will be crucial as we work towards our dreams.

Observe the Thoughts

The Flourish Where You’re Planted Method focuses on Cognitive work and identifying thoughts that are both helpful and unhelpful and we’ll work on detaching ourselves from the thoughts so we can move through to the emotions.

Take Action

We can dream all we want but if we aren’t taking action then we will not get anywhere. Without action we are balloons floating in the sky without the string being attached to something. Action is where the magic happens, so lets make some magic!

Identify the Barriers

Getting out of our own way is the name of the game. Identifying the barriers that are keeping us from our goals— whether that be negative thoughts, unhelpful behaviors or situations that feel out of our control is what is most important when reaching a goal.

Own the Feelings

Emotions are important and that allow us to feel— everything. They are in place to tell us something and to have us react accordingly and this method helps us identify the feelings and what we can and should do about them.

Sustaining the Goal

Once you’ve reached your goal it is then time to move that finish line. We are never done but instead constantly growing, learning and moving. We will want to celebrate the huge victory and then focus on how to keep momentum into the next goal or phase of your life. This is the place where we’ll recap, process and figure out what is next!
