Logan Renggli, LMFT
My name is Logan Renggli and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am currently working remotely for both Washington and Idaho residents and can provide couples, family and individual therapy. My mission is to bring attention to the importance of mental health and to nurture strong mental health practices in our society. I plan to bring previously taboo topics to the surface and out in the open through conversation and public speaking and to normalize every day experiences that so often make us feel marginalized. My goal is to help people love themselves a little bit more and struggle a little bit less.
What We Do In Therapy
Together we spend our time in therapy discussing the hard truths and the sometimes uncomfortable aspects of ourselves. We expose and illuminate the amazing parts of ourselves that we so often keep hidden and explore the not so easy stories we have from our past in order to work with the experiences instead of against them. My style is professional but personal, tailored towards each client’s needs with sprinkles of my life experience stories, knowledge and humor. We focus on education about mental health, self-acceptance, boundary setting, knowing our limits, understanding the right ways to cope, working through grief, trauma, pain and suffering and trying to understand some of the hardest and darkest parts of ourselves. We do this so that we can discover our passions, our purpose and who we are meant to be.
Why Therapy Matters
Every single person deserves to feel peace in their hearts and I make it my mission to help my clients find that in whatever capacity that looks to them. Sessions are spent working through deep and painful trauma, unimaginable grief or everyday relationship issues. I also provide the more light-hearted life coaching and daily problem solving strategies for clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety or just regular every day stressors. My goal is to find ways for my clients to function better daily, understand who they are and why they matter, and to give my clients a voice that they may not previously have had. There is no one specific model of therapy or type of intervention that works for everyone; each person is unique and different, so I make it my mission to tailor my work specifically to my client’s needs while also using my education and experience to guide them. It is important to understand and to never forget that you matter, and that life is better because you’re in it.
