I speak at conferences, schools, as well as to parents and other professionals about the importance of mental health education in individuals and families. I focus on helping people understanding anxiety, autism, teenagers and those suffering from a variety of mental health disorders.

I presented about the teenage brain and how we can understand and work with teenagers better. The talk dealt with potential diagnosing with teenagers, life changes, motivation and empathy.

“Angst” Documentary, Moscow High School 2019
The Documentary “Angst” — a documentary about teenage anxiety and ending the stigma around mental health and anxiety in teens—aired in Moscow in March of 2019 and was followed by a panel of professionals (including me) discussing anxiety in teenagers and starting the dialog on how to help the teens feel comfortable speaking up.
